Puck Pieterse (Fenix-Deceuninck) won her first WorldTour race on Wednesday by beating Demi Vollering (SD Worx-Protime) in a photo-finish sprint on stage four. Kasia Niewiadoma (Canyon-SRAM) rounded out the podium in third.
